OK, so it’s been well established, but I love you right now (and, well, always). I am always giddy with excitement when a friend of mine geeks out about the same things I do, like vampire movies (YES, please), Joss (The WRITING!), Twilight (Am 100 pages away from finishing book 4, and I started book one on SATURDAY; how did I miss it so long ago?), Alias (though we’ve had those conversations), and now Mulder and Scully, too. My step-dad and I loved the show together and Friday nights watching The X-Files was our thing for YEARS.

OK, so I have to end this comment before I just start making ridiculously incomprehensible gleeful noises.

(Also: I think you should come to Portland in December to watch the Twilight movie with me. Chris doesn’t quite get the draw. ; ) )

This was about X Files? Hello! Edward and Bella! There should be pages devoted to the mental image of the rock, paper, scissors game between Edward and Alice and the verbal (?) flogging of the whole Jacob section that was about as enjoyable as watching grass grow. Acknowledge the superiority there and we can be friends again!

Maybe bowing to the creator of Buffy can save you.

I, too, am a fan and did pay very close attention to Scully’s hair every week. And being the big nerd that I am, I do recall registering on a fan site BB one time that I wanted to be the “keeper of Mulder’s sweatpants.” Um, more like I’d like to be IN THEM WHILE HE’S WEARING THEM. Or something.

I saw the movie last week. I was a little disappointed with the plot, but the cash spent to watch Mulder and Scully together again for 100 minutes was worth it. I hope you enjoy it.

Gillian Anderson has always had fantastic hair. Although I think the Fluke episode scared me for life, for real. I think that was the last episode I watched, I just couldn’t handle it after that.
