That right there? My worst fear when I'm reading a book. I do everything but stick my fingers in my ears (eyes?) and sing to myself to keep from finding anything out before the author wants to tell me.

Makes reading Stephen King just really annoying. He loves to drop those in. But he wants me to know, but I shouldn't know that yet, but he WANTS me to know. Argh!

I can never resist the urge to flip to the very last page of the book and read the very last sentence. NEVER. For years I've been doing this. I'm sure it says something about my intolerance for uncertainty and blah blah, but this isn't a therapy session, now is it?
