No matter how brilliant the scene where they sort madly through records to fling at the zombies who are slowly approaching, you don’t want to wake up in the middle of the night afraid to go to the bathroom because you know, just know, that a zombie is waiting behind the door to eat your head.

Ha! Squid, it’s true. Replace “cookie” with “human brain” everywhere on this blog and my true self will emerge. It’s amazing what one can hide online.

Last night I fell asleep, rather I kept one eye watching “Shawn of the Dead” last night while the other closed eye had bizarre dreams of whacking people in the head. During staff meetings today, I kept continuously scanned the conference rooms for exits and objects to swing. Tonight, I rented Saw II (Haven’t seen Saw I, yet), tomorrow … my coworkers demise by electric pencil sharpners.
