But I don’t own a house. Does this mean my problems are doomed to remain unsolved? Could I refinance my desk chair? My winter coat?

Perhaps you should respond and persue this opportunity further. Be sure to keep us up-to-date. Now I’m going to get out the lawn chair and peanuts. This should be very entertaining. Kinda like playing games with the folks in Nigeria.
